But Baby, It's New....

That's Right...he said it best.

Everything this past nearly a year has been entirely new!

-A new place to call home (to this day I still call the house I grew up in or the location of my parents-home....does that ever go away?)

-A new job/jobs (oh, and an adventure that has been)40 hour weeks/80 hour weeks, take this job offer, or stay with this one. Actually thinking about life ten years or 30 years from now, is the money more important that advancement?...In the end do we really get to go back and try the other options? Or does someone at the pearly gates ever tell you if you made the right or wrong decision?


-A New family - One who has adopted me as one of their own and loves me just as much, the ones who call in bad weather to make sure you ok, and invite you to holidays even if they hardly know you. The ones that can offer mommy advice when yours is away or you just need a hug.

-A New dog - Might drive you nuts here and there but by god he is special

-And by god a new beginning with a boy whom without my future would most likely not be here. The boy who makes everything ok by the end of the day and enpowers me to be better and feel stronger than ever before. The "grab life by the balls" kind of feeling. The one whom forces you look further, dig deeper, and imagine bigger.

And he says it best... "But baby, it's new..." and by god, it is and thus far I am loving it.
